Important things you need to know…

For the week of 10/24/22

Hello families of Findley CLC!  

Here are your Friday Five important things to know for the upcoming week!

1.   In order to promote bullying awareness and world peace we will be celebrating spirit days throughout the month of October.  Students will have different theme days, in which they will be encouraged to wear certain clothing or colors this month.  

Monday, Oct 24, 2022 is Jogging suit or Joggers day. Wear your sweatshirts, sweat pants, joggers etc.. “Run away from bullying”

Tuesday, Oct  25, 2022 is College Day. Students can wear their favorite college clothing (jerseys, t-shirts, sweatshirts etc…)  “Think smart don’t bully

Wednesday, Oct 26, 2022 is  ”Color my World Bully Free” each grade level will be chosen to wear a different color. Each Grade will be wearing:

Kindergarten will wear Yellow

First grade will wear Green 

Second grade will wear Orange

Third grade will wear Red

Fourth grade will wear Purple

Fifth grade will wear Blue

No grade level - wear your tie dye gear.

Thursday, Oct 27, 2022 is Spirit Day. Wear your school shirts, or black and yellow (our school colors) Stand up against bullying.

Friday, Oct. 28, 2022 Costume Day “ Be whatever you want day”  Costumes should fit on top of school clothing.

2.   Harvest Parties in classrooms Friday Oct. 28.

3.  No School for students on Tuesday November 8th.

4.  Third grade is going on a field trip to Hale Farm and Village, please dress for the weather.

5.  Report Cards will be sent home on Friday November 4th.
