Important things you need to know…

For the week of 3/22/2021

Hello families of Findley CLC!  

Here are your Friday Five important things to know for the upcoming week!

1. Please remember masks are required at school, remember to send your students to school with a mask every day.  

2   For students returning to school, breakfast is served 8:00-8:30.  K-2 students will enter door 1, 3-5 students will enter door 12.   Exit at end of day 🚶🏽‍♀️🚶🏽‍♂️Students will exit with their oldest siblings.

1st exit door #1 (where they enter in the morning) - first  grade.

2nd exit door #6 (playground door on E. Cuyahoga Falls Ave.) 2nd grade.

3rd exit doors #2 and #3 grades 3-5 (E. Cuyahoga Falls Ave across from Carlysle St). K students will be picked up at door 11 (gym doors) Please arrange to pick up you child(dren) in the back of the school if the exit doors on Cuyahoga Falls Ave.  

3.   The 3rd grading period ends on Friday March 19th.  If you’d like to check your child’s grades you can access them  from the HAC, home access center, on the APS website.  If you need you login information please contact the school.

4.   Starting March 15th remote learners will be offered a 5-day meal box to be picked up every Monday between the hours of 4 PM - 5:30 PM at any of the following schools Buchtel CLC, East CLC, Firestone/Litchfield CLC, Hyre CLC, Jennings CLC, and Innes CLC.  There is no meal pickup on Monday April 5th during spring break.

5.  Virtual Akron After School Choiceboards is from Feb.  16th-April 16th.  Mrs. Mace has a google meet on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:15-4:15.
